Marketing Executive

Summary

This position requires experience in performing a variety of marketing and support roles as may be required, which require a range of knowledge and skills of marketing procedures and policies. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

Essential Functions (To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

Responsibilities:

  • and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
  • and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events etc.
  • market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competition ventures. i.e. analyse competitors (product, pricing, social media, etc)
  • and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
  • copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
  • relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • with digital team to create and run branded advertising campaigns.
  • up and maintain department reports, Databases (online activities, sales, product etc..)
  • and operate digital tools (Hootsuite, SEMRush, iStock, Google Analytics, etc)
  • with team to create, maintain and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
  • team vendors (freelancers, agencies, printers etc.).
  • budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • and manage login and password file for all online accounts.
  • partner activities as directed, manage share drive marketing folders.
  • ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)

Required Education & Experience:

  • or equivalent in relevant field
  • to 4 years working experience in a similar capacity
  • of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • of SEO/SEM campaigns
  • computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics and Google Adwords and other digital marketing tools
